A Replacement Policy page outlines the conditions under which a customer can receive a replacement product purchased.

WE DO NOT REPLACE PRODUCT WITH BROKEN HOOKS OR MISUSE OF PRODUCT

Replacement Policy:


Eligibility for replacement of Product only no refund: Who is eligible for a replacement (e.g., customers who purchased our product can e-mail us at jigs@hengelsportusa.com to request a product replacement after review of failure through photos and discussion with customer).

WE DO NOT REPLACE PRODUCT WITH BROKEN HOOKS OR MISUSE OF PRODUCT. We determine this with photos and discussion with customer

But we do offer ring and hook replacement at a cost of $12.00 for hook and rings on our jigs ( and $ 20.00 for both rings and hook-on other jigs you have that may need replacing you pay shipping both ways on these other jigs)

Refund timeframe: The period 30 days from date of purchase within which a refund can be requested.

Refund methods: How refunds will be issued (with product replacement only).

Return shipping: Who pays for return shipping (customer). Unless other arrangements are made (Hengel sport will pay for return shipping to customer)

Product condition (in condition after use).

Exceptions: Depending upon discussion with customer.
