Replacement Policy & Repairs


Eligibility for replacement of Product only no refund: Who is eligible for a replacement (e.g., customers who purchased our product can e-mail us at jigs@hengelsportusa.com to request a product replacement after review of failure through photos and discussion with customer).

We offer ring and hook replacement at a cost of $15.00, for hook and rings on our jigs. (We offer our customers ring hook replacement for a fee of 25.00 dollars per jig customer needs to give instruction on what they want done single hooks or treble hook can be installed size and type) Limit 12 jigs at a time

Replacement timeframe: Manufacture defects up to one year from date of purchase within which a replacement can be requested.

Refund methods: How refunds will be issued (with product replacement only).

Return shipping: Who pays for return shipping (customer). Unless other arrangements are made (Hengel sport will pay for return shipping to customer)

Product condition (in condition after use).

Exceptions: Depending upon discussion with customer.
